Savings Plans, Reserved Instances and CUDs, bought right
Each month we tell you exactly what to commit to, how much and for how long. You approve and buy in your own console, so nothing is ever purchased without you. A flat fee from $500 a month, or 12% of the savings.
Your team's time: about 30 minutes a month to approve and place the purchases.

Is this right for you?
A good fit if
- You spend $5,000 or more a month on steady compute or databases, and less than about 70% of it is covered by commitments.
- You have bought commitments before and some went unused, or expired without anyone noticing.
- You want the savings of automation tools without handing a vendor permission to buy on your behalf.
- Finance wants commitments laddered so there is never one large renewal cliff.
Probably not for you if
- Your usage changes completely every few weeks. Commitments rarely pay off there.
- You want fully automated buying and resale. Automated tools exist for that; we are deliberately advisory.
- Your steady usage is under about $5,000 a month. The savings would not cover a fee.
What you walk away with
Higher coverage, safely
More of your steady usage on discounted rates, sized to your stable baseline rather than your peaks, so commitments stay used.
No surprise renewals
An expiry calendar and laddered terms, so a portion renews each month instead of one large cliff once a year.
Independent advice
We earn nothing from AWS or Google on what you buy. We are not a reseller and we never sit between you and your provider.

- Prefer to pay from results? Choose 12% of net savings instead of the flat fee. Net savings are read from your provider's own reports, after the cost of any unused commitment. No savings, no fee.
- Worked example: if your commitments save a net $4,000 in a month, the fee on the 12% option is $480 for that month.
- More than $200,000 a month of eligible spend? Book a call for a quote.
You stay in control
We never hold purchase permissions, so nothing is bought without your sign-off. On the 12% option, a month with no net savings costs you nothing.
Access and security
Commitment management needs billing and recommendation data only. Buying stays with you.
- AWS: a read-only IAM role on your management account, deployed by CloudFormation, reading Cost Explorer coverage, utilization and recommendations. It has no purchase permissions.
- No keys and no shared secrets: the role trusts one Finitizer scanner identity through OIDC federation.
- Google Cloud: viewer access to Recommender and read access to your detailed billing export in BigQuery, granted to a dedicated Finitizer reader identity.
- We are not a reseller. Your billing relationship with AWS or Google does not change.

Frequently asked questions
Why not fully automated buying?
Automation tools buy and resell commitments on your behalf, which needs write access to your billing and a large share of the savings. We think most teams are better served by a clear monthly plan they approve themselves, at a lower cost.
What if our usage drops after we commit?
We size purchases to the usage that has been steady for months, not to your peaks, and ladder 1-year terms so a slice expires every month. That keeps your exposure small if your usage falls.
Flat fee or 12% of savings: which should we pick?
The flat fee is predictable and usually cheaper once coverage is in place. The 12% option means a month without savings costs nothing. You can switch at the start of any quarter.
How are net savings measured?
From your provider's own reports: on AWS, the Savings Plans and Reserved Instance utilization and coverage reports in Cost Explorer; on Google Cloud, the committed use discount reports. Unused commitment is subtracted.
What happens to our commitments if we cancel?
Nothing. You bought them in your own account, so you own every one of them outright. There is nothing to unwind and no fee after you leave.
How is this different from the recommendations in Cost Explorer?
The built-in recommendations look at recent usage in isolation. We size commitments after rightsizing, so you do not commit to waste, ladder the terms, account for your discounts and planned changes, and track every commitment until it expires.
Do you earn anything from AWS or Google on our purchases?
No. We are not a reseller and take no referral fee, so our advice is never shaped by what you buy.
Do you recommend 3-year terms?
Only on request, and only for usage that has been stable for a long time. The default is 1-year, no-upfront, because it keeps your options open.
We have an enterprise discount or private pricing. Does that change anything?
Yes, and we account for it. Share your terms under NDA and the plan is built on your real rates rather than list prices.
How much do we need to spend for this to be worth it?
About $5,000 a month of steady, commitment-eligible usage. Below that, the savings rarely cover any fee, and we will say so on the free coverage check.
